Is the festival family friendly?

The Sustaina Ball is an over 18s festival.

You must bring some valid ID. You will need this and your ticket to get your wristband and gain entry. The only accepted forms of ID are a valid, in date, passport, driving license or home office approved proof of age card that clearly displays the pass hologram.

What are the opening times of the campsite?

Campsite opens midday on Friday 6th August. Last entry to campsite is 5pm on Sunday 8th August.

The campsite closes midday on Monday 9th August.

How accessible is the site for people with disabilities?

The Sustaina Ball strives to cater for all accessible needs so that you can have an amazing weekend!  Get in touch with us in advance of the festival to discuss how we can help.

The festival is held on a green field site with flat and undulating areas throughout.  It can get muddy and there are only a few trackways positioned around the site.

We also offer Free Carer / Personal Assistance tickets with the purchase of any ticket type and access for Assistance Dogs.  Please email us on info@thesustainaball.co.uk to arrange this.  You will need to submit proof of you being in receipt of PIP; DLA middle / high rate allowances; CredAbility Access Card +1 category requirement; evidence of being severely sight impaired, and a recognised Assistance Dog ID Card.

Please don’t hesitate to contact us if you do not have any of these things and still require assistance.

Do you have accessible facilities?

Yes, The Sustaina Ball has accessible parking, an accessible campsite (please ask on arrival) and accessible toilets.

Are there any prohibited items?

You cannot bring any liquids into the venue, this includes eye drops & nose sprays. Other prohibited items that are not allowed anywhere on site include glass, single use plastics, glitter & chewing gum.

Can I bring in my own camera equipment?

Phone cameras and GoPros are allowed no other recording equipment is allowed in the festival arena unless you have a press pass.

Will there be cash machines?

We try to reduce the cash on site by having card readers at every stall and the bar. If you bring cash you will need to exchange it for tokens to be used at all food and drink concessions.

I need to bring in a prescription medication to the festival, is this possible?

Please inform us via info@thesustainaball.co.uk if you are bringing prescribed drugs into the arena. We can organise storage and refrigeration of the medicine at no cost.

What happens if the show is postponed or cancelled due to Covid-related government regulation?

Should the event get cancelled, you will receive a full face value refund or you can use your ticket for the next event. (Ticketing management by Skiddle and Ticket Fairy, all booking fees charged are non refundable).

Are day tickets available?

Only two types of ticket are available.  They are, Full Weekend Camping, and Sat/Sun Day Tickets. All ticket holders gain entry to the festival arena. Only Full Weekend Camping Tickets allow access to both the Arena and Campsite. Campsite opens at midday on Friday 6th August, Arena Gates: 5:00 PM. Campsite opens 9:00 AM on Saturday 7th August and Sunday 8th August. Arena Gates: 11:30 AM. No re-entry to the festival site.

I didn't receive my e-ticket, what do I do?

After purchasing tickets, your e-tickets are automatically emailed to the e-mail address you provided when you bought them.

If you have not seen your e-tickets delivered to your e-mail address, please make sure the ticket sender e-mail address is not blocked by your email account and if you do not receive your tickets, please check your spam and junk boxes. If you cannot locate your ticket in your main inbox, spam or junk inbox, please contact your Skiddle or Ticket Fairy customer service team directly.

Can I cancel or return my ticket?

Please note that tickets are non-refundable and non-exchangeable unless we are forced to cancel/postpone the festival due to COVID-19.

We cannot be held responsible for any disappointment if purchasing re-sold tickets from unofficial sources. Should you wish to put your ticket up for re-sale we will try to help you sell your ticket. The event will likely be sold out and your ticket will probably sell. You must inform us of your decision to re-sell via email: tickets@thesustainaball.co.uk before July 19 2021.

Can I camp without a festival ticket?

We cannot allow anybody on site without a valid festival ticket.

If I’m camping what areas can I access?

All festival tickets give access to the Arena. Only Full Weekend Camping Tickets give access to Campsites. Only Comfy Camping Ticket Holders have access to Comfy Camping Field. Only Live In’s ticket holders have access to the Live In’s field. Only Accessible camping ticket holders have access to the Accessible camping field.

Can I have a campfire by my tent?

Yes, campfires are permitted in the designated fire pits. There is one fire pit for every pitch. Never start a campfire when you’re drunk! You must only use the kindling and fire wood supplied by the festival.

Can I pitch my tent anywhere?

You can camp anywhere in our general campsite, but not in the arena or other campsites.  It is not possible to reserve space in the general campsite.

Can I bring my car into the campsite?

No, all cars must be parked in the car park.  If you are towing a caravan you will need to park the towing vehicle in a designated car park nearby.

Can I bring my campervan / caravan / live-in vehicle?

Yes, you can.  You will need to purchase a small or large live-in vehicle pass dependant on the size of the vehicle.

  • Small Live in vehicle pass (VW Campers + other small converted campers)
  • Large Live in vehicle pass (Towed Caravans, Motorhomes and large RV’s)

Please note that live-in vehicle passes do not include electric / water hook-ups.

You must purchase live-in vehicle passes online before the event as they cannot be purchased on site.

Can I stay in accommodation away from the site?

Yes. You must still purchase a Full Weekend Camping Ticket. Please note that once you have left the site there is no re-entry. You may return the following day with a separate Day Ticket or Full Weekend Camping wristband completely intact and attached to your wrist.

Can I bring food and drink into the park with me?

There is strictly no food or drink allowed into the festival arena. Any on your person will be asked to be left at the entrance with security. There will be food and drink available to purchase inside the arena and in the campsite throughout the day.
